“Divorce” Cheese Log

| Ingredients |

- One 16oz Box of Velveta Cheese (room temp for six hours)
- One 8 oz Box of Cream Cheese (softened)
- ½ of a 12 oz. Jar of Sliced Jalapeno Peppers hot)
or substitute 6 oz. of Chili Peppers Dice peppers)

| Making the Log |

- Place Velveta Cheese
between take two sheets of wax paper.
- Roll out in squared shape.
- Remove top piece of wax paper.
- Place a layer
of Cream Cheese on top of Velveta.
- Chop peppers as fine as you like.
- Sprinkle peppers on top of cheese mixture.
- Press into Cream Cheese.
- Roll into loaf.
