Take I-85 south to 74 West
On 74 West exit at Exit
181 (ISO-Thermal College exit) keep right. This is 74A.
Keep going on 74A for 7.0
miles
Left
on 64 West (go about 0.8ths mile and turn right
staying on 64 West)
Keep going for about 12.7 miles. You will pass Greenhill II BP on the left, then
Sunray Co on Left, then across the Cove Creek Bridge, then Broad River Gems on
the left, and then the Riverside Village Motel on the right.
Turn Right on Bills
Creek Rd
Go 1.4 Miles turn left
on Buffalo Creek Rd (at Daltons General Grocery & Grill)
(if you are coming to play golf at the Apple Valley Course it is on the right just about 1/2 mile after you turn onto Buffalo Creek Rd)
Go 2.4 Miles take a
right on Buffalo Creek (at Rumbling Bald Resort sign) (if you are coming to play golf at the Bald Mountain Course it is on the left just across the bridge. you have to go past the security guard shack)
Go 0.4 Miles take a
right on Youngs Mountain Road(Up the hill, it's the second right pass the
firehouse)
Stay to the Right all the
way up,0 .9 Miles, take a
right on Ken’s Rock. There are a couple of places where it might be
confusing, but just keep turning to the right, never make a left turn onto
another street.
Go 0.1 Miles take a
right into Buffalo Cliffs at the Buffalo
Take first right on
Chetan Way. We are on the right, 150 Chetan Way.
From Statesville
Take I-40 West to Exit
103. Turn left.
Go about 25 miles and as
you approach Rutherfordton stay on US 64/74 Alt West. You will stay on 64 until
your reach Bills Creek Rd (approx 15 miles).
Turn Right on Bills
Creek Rd
Go 1.4 Miles turn left
on Buffalo Creek Rd (at Daltons General Grocery & Grill)
Go 2.4 Miles take a
right on Buffalo Creek (at Lake Lure Resort sign)
Go 0.4 Miles take a
right on Youngs Mountain Road(Up the hill)
Go 0.9 Miles take a
right on Ken’s RockThere are a couple of places where it might be

Exit onto Hwy 64 to Lake Lure Bat Cave.
Go toward Lake Lure, (East)
When dead ends, turn right on
64/74, follow that thru Chimney Rock and Lake Lure
Go past Hwy 9 Exit, Look for Point of
View Restaurant on Left.
Keep trucking on 64/74 until you get to
Bill's Creek Rd on the left.
(this is
about two miles past the Point of View Restaurant).
Turn left on Bills
